It looks like the side of a wooden shed/barn while it's raining. I'm thinking it's rain because the light is steaming, which typically happens if a hot light is subjected to rain. Am I close? =)

Dan is as close as you can get. Very nice. :) It is out the window of the old bristol clock factory, looking across the courtyard at another side of the building. But you got all of the important bits!
