What does it mean?

Oh Double Rainbow Guy, I don’t know what it means but I know that it was stupendously beautiful watching the Friday evening thunderclouds roll in, over and through from the top of Rockefeller Center. The rainbows extended all the way down into the streets. A good omen for Rick Sammon’s Smugmug Photowalk the next day? Based on how amazing the event turned out, I’d say so!
