Ribbit says He

Now photograph Me

And then let me Be.

Nothing like a little time spent at the frog pond with friends. Or, frogs. As the clouds came in giving some nice flat light, I went out this evening, set up my tripod splayed out over the pond, and sat. And waited. Patience is a virtue, and also a wonderful excuse to enjoy some peace and quiet while waiting for our animal friends to get used to your presence.

Juan Pons once told me that if you can sit quietly for 10 minutes, the animals will start to return. It was great advice and shown true again today. And if they don’t? Well you still enjoyed 10 minutes of uninterrupted time which is more than many of us may get in a normal day. 🙂 Win win in my book.
