I just got back from New York City and Photo Plus Expo with my friend Rick Dubie of New Image Photo. We had a whirlwind trip down, driving down on Thursday morning, I did a tip session video for Wiley, said “Hello” to Rick Sammon, Andy Williams and Patrick Batchelder, then we hit the streets for a night of street shooting. In the morning I did a presentation at Wiley’s booth on Preparing for Travel Photography in 2010, the presentation and links for which will be available shortly, and got to say “Hello” and give a hug to Vered Koshlano. Then it was time to drive back to CT as Rick had a wedding Saturday morning and I had a UConn football game to shoot Friday night!

We had a great time, I got to meet lot of wonderful people and we had the opportunity to paw at all sorts of fascinating things at the various expo booths.

Can’t wait for next year!
