Here’s one of many images sharing just a small piece of the absolutely stunning beauty of a full moon in the Mecca Hills Wilderness Area outside of Mecca, CA. This is the full moon just rising and peeking over the sand cliffs just after sunset. It was so bright we didn’t even need headlights to drive, although this passing car seemed to not share our same mindset.
