Mooning Over the Moon

Been having some fun the past few days shooting the moon! With a recent focus on some astrophotography putting the sky in my mind, the excitement over this month’s supermoon on Jan 1 & “blue blood” lunar eclipse Jan 31st, not to mention some clear skies before the big snowstorms, it was time to create some pics.

The first shot I’m a bit extra happy about, as it is the first image shot w/ my new Sony A7Riii. It is love at first sight.
